Sunset Pins and Coins follows strict manufacturing and customer service best practices in order to consistently deliver an exceptional end product. Our commitment to our customers includes:
- Confirming the details of your order before production: This includes item type, size, colors, quantity, pricing, and estimated turnaround time. You will also receive a high-quality digital proof that will allow you to check your design and make any changes before production of your item begins.
- Processing your order correctly and on time: Once you've approved your order, production will begin. Our turnaround time for standard custom lapel pins is 10 to 12 days, and 18 to 20 days for standard custom challenge coins. Specialty items will be quoted per job. Since there may be transit delays beyond our control, we cannot guarantee shipping times.
- Standing behind our products: Each order you place with Sunset Pins and Coins is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Promise. Should any of our products contain manufacturing defects, we will replace it for free. Claims must be made within 30 days of order receipt. Please note that products damaged or lost while in the custody of a carrier (such as UPS or FedEx) are not the responsibility of Sunset Pins and Coins. You must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
What we ask from our valued customers
As a Sunset Pins and Coins customer, you, too, play a vital role in ensuring your custom lapel pin or challenge coin order meets your exact specifications. We ask that you carefully review your digital proof before you approve it to ensure everything is spelled correctly and the design and colors are just how you want them. Since the products we manufacture are fully customized, approved orders may not be cancelled—even if you realize later that you overlooked an error in the proof. No refunds will be given.
Additionally, it's your responsibility to make sure you have legal ownership of—or the legal right to reproduce—any logos, slogans, and/or images or photos used in your custom lapel pin or challenge coin design. Once you approve your order, you agree to take full responsibility for any copyright or trademark infringement. Should Sunset Pins and Coins be named in a copyright/trademark infringement case (resulting from our use of a copyright/trademark-protected item provided by you for inclusion in your lapel pin or challenge coin), you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunset Pins and Coins for any damages and/or legal costs borne by Sunset Pins and Coins.
